Buyer Terms

Effective date: August 30, 2026

These Buyer Terms apply to you when you claim or buy a deal on TopSlash. They are part of the Terms of Service. Words defined there mean the same thing here.

TopSlash is operated by Envol, Inc. ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

1. The vendor is the seller

Every deal on TopSlash is sold by the founder of the software (the "vendor"), not by us. When you buy, you make a contract with the vendor. Your payment goes directly to the vendor's Stripe account. We never hold your money.

On every deal page you will see two sentences. They are there for a reason:

Our role, in one sentence: TopSlash lists this offer and processes nothing on the vendor's behalf; your payment goes directly to the vendor through Stripe.

2. What a deal page shows, and what it means

Each deal page shows the plan name and features, the normal annual price, the current deal price, the current discount, how many units are left in the current tier and in total, the renewal price, the vendor's refund policy in the vendor's own words, the vendor's support link, the vendor's cancellation link, and the vendor's business name and country as shown on its Stripe account.

We do not review, test, or endorse any product. There are no reviews or scores at launch.

3. Claims and the 30-minute hold

When you click "Get this deal", we create a claim. A claim is a hold on one unit, at the current tier's price, for 30 minutes while you pay on the vendor's Stripe Checkout page.

4. Automatic renewal

Deals are annual subscriptions. Your plan renews automatically at the renewal price shown on the deal page, one year after your purchase, and every year after that, unless you cancel. The renewal price may be higher than the deal price; it is shown to you before you buy, on the Stripe Checkout page next to the pay button, and again in your confirmation email.

By completing payment on the Stripe Checkout page, you agree to this automatic renewal.

Your confirmation email is your record. It states the product, the plan, what you paid, your savings, the renewal date, the renewal price, how to cancel, the vendor's refund policy, and the vendor's support link. Keep it. The same information is on your account page.

As a courtesy, we email you a reminder about 30 days before your renewal date and a notice about 14 days before your first-year deal price ends. These reminders come from us using the facts the vendor gave us. The vendor is the party of record and is required to send its own notices. If our reminder does not arrive, your subscription still renews under the vendor's terms.

5. How to cancel

Cancel with the vendor. Every deal page, your confirmation email, and your account page carry the vendor's cancellation link. The vendor must let you cancel online, at any time. If the vendor's cancellation link does not work, or the vendor makes cancellation hard, tell us at [email protected]. Obstructing cancellation is a violation of the Vendor Terms, and we act on it.

Canceling on TopSlash is not possible, because we do not run your subscription. Deleting your TopSlash account does not cancel a subscription with a vendor.

6. Refunds

Refunds are decided by the vendor under the refund policy shown on the deal page and in your confirmation email. Ask the vendor through its support link. The vendor issues refunds from its own Stripe account.

We cannot issue a refund of a vendor charge. It is not our money and it never passed through our account. We do not guarantee that any vendor will refund you.

If the vendor refunds you, Stripe tells us, and we mark the purchase as refunded on your account page. The refunded unit does not go back on sale.

7. Our limited remedies

Here is what we will do if something goes wrong with a vendor:

Here is what we cannot do: we cannot refund you, we cannot force the vendor to refund you, we cannot give you access to the software, and we do not guarantee any outcome. We do not offer platform credits or any stored value.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact the vendor first, and then us, before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most problems are solved faster that way. If you do dispute a vendor charge, the dispute is handled between you, your bank, Stripe, and the vendor. We are not a party to it, though we will give the vendor and Stripe our record of the deal terms if asked.

Disputes between you and Envol, Inc. are governed by the Terms of Service.

9. Your account and your data

To claim a deal you need an account. When you buy, the vendor receives your email address and your payment details through Stripe, and we send the vendor your email, plan, tier, and amount so it can fulfill your order. You become the vendor's customer, and the vendor's own privacy policy applies to what it does with your information. Purchase counts are public on TopSlash; your identity is never shown.

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may change these Buyer Terms. Material changes are posted with a new effective date and emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Purchases already made keep the terms that applied when you bought.
